GREAT FOR GAME DAY WEEKENDS!!! Secluded ranch style home recently updated with ALL NEW BEDDING and amenities. Very quiet neighborhood close to the main highway. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and washer and dryer available for use.
The space
This 3 bedroom home is equipped with ALL NEW 2 queen and 1 California King beds and 2 full baths. Located just off GA Hwy 72 in a quiet neighborhood. It is less than 8 miles from Sanford Stadium with easy access to the Classic City downtown activities and UGA. 2 large grocery stores and restaurants are less than 2 miles from the home.

You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee. You'll have lots of privacy and space in the back yard for throwing a ball or just sitting out. You're less than 7 miles from downtown Athens and less than 2 miles from two large grocery stores and many restaurants.

The living room has a 50" smart TV with WiFi and the Primary bedroom has a tv with a ROKU streaming connection.

You'll have access to the entire property and there is plenty of space in the back yard for tossing a football or putting up a volleyball net. There are two spaces for parking cars under the carport and one to the side to allow for three vehicles to park on the property.
